How can you contribute?
Currently we have an opening for a Financial Planning Associate. The Associate reports to the Advisor Team and is responsible for preparing the presentation materials and paperwork for client meetings. They will collaborate with the Advisors by collecting client financial data, creating Net Worth statements, inputting data into financial planning software, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all submitted work. They will aid advisors in portfolio management and work with the Client Services team to complete recurring tasks and maintain intra-team communications regarding changes to existing and new client status. They will be responsible for the full functionality of software packages, reporting, and technology applications.
What are we looking for?
A confident and poised professional with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
A creative thinker with highly developed analytical skills who can quickly master the tools of the industry, including financial planning software, analytical tools, and broker/dealer and custodian systems
A self-starter who can work independently with little instruction
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, is essential
A Bachelor’s degree is required, a degree in finance or business preferred
Two or more years of professional experience, working in a related field
