The Division of Business invites applications for an Auxiliary faculty position in Healthcare Administration and Accounting. An earned Ph.D. is required from an accredited institution. In addition, an MBA and CPA is preferred. ABD will be considered. Responsibilities include teaching four classes per year ordinarily, but not always, divided between the fall (2 courses) and the spring (2 courses) semesters, coupled with student advisement and service to the college. Courses to be taught include Healthcare Accounting, Healthcare Marketing, Healthcare Finance, Healthcare Organization and Delivery. The candidate must be able to teach classes at the graduate level and have evening and Saturday availability. Healthcare industry level management experience at the Director or Vice President level is important. Evidence of teaching experience and outstanding ability must be demonstrated. The successful applicant will be expected to advise students, attend division faculty meetings, and participate in other related activities as requested by the Dean of the Division of Business.
